The Northeast Regional Test and Seminar event was held at NASA Goddard Space Center near Washington DC. It was presided over by Grand Master Quynh Ngo, who had come over from Florida. Over 80 participants from all Northeast dojos attended the event. Sempai Suren tested for One Black Stripe and Sempai Amit tested for his Brown Belt. Both passed their tests.
